Before i tell you about the remodel there are a few things to know about the property. This is a single family one story home built in 1984 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was built on a slab foundation with an attached 2 car garage. The exterior is mostly brick veneer with some vinyl siding and it has a composition shingle roof. You can see from the picture on the left that the dining area was being used as an office and the picture in the middle shows where the addition will be with the picture on the right showing the architectural layout. There will now be enough room for both thanks to Renovation Loans and the Leesa Sandoval team.

A 12 X 15 addition room is being added to the rear middle of home and will include everything from electrical and ceiling fan to siding and roof. The backdoor will be relocated to accommodate the new exit to backyard. They didn't stop there and decided to remodel the kitchen with new tile flooring, granite counter tops, refinished cabinets and a beautiful stainless steel sink. Another successful remodel will soon be in the books. Don't forget to check out the did you know section below and be before picture of the kitchen. Cant wait to see the completed project!
